There will be a Holy Hour in St. Columba’s Chapel in front of the Blessed Sacrament to pray for those who are ill among us. The sacrament of the sick will be distributed to those who wish it. The mood will be contemplative and quiet, putting ourselves in the path of the Lords healing grace. The hour will finish with benediction. As some of the sick cannot be present, we ask you to put their names into a basket at the foot of the altar as a way for bringing them present to the service of prayer. The names of the sick who are present can also be included. We remember all those who suffer, not merely those who are gravely ill, or even physically ill. We remember those who live with illness and those who ‘look well’. All can ask for Gods assistance in your difficulties. VisitationThe sick and housebound will be visited with Holy Communion this Thursday and Friday. If you know someone who can no longer get to Mass and would like to be visited with Holy Communion by the priest, please contact the parochial House at the above number.* DonegalDaily.com – Beware Cheap ImitationsFollow us on Twitter  – https://twitter.com/DonegalDailyDD LOCAL: KINCASSLAGH AND BURTONPORT PARISH NEWSLETTER was last modified: February 9th, 2013 by BrendaShare this:Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window)Click to share on Twitter (Opens in new window)Click to share on LinkedIn (Opens in new window)Click to share on Reddit (Opens in new window)Click to share on Pocket (Opens in new window)Click to share on Telegram (Opens in new window)Click to share on WhatsApp (Opens in new window)Click to share on Skype (Opens in new window)Click to print (Opens in new window)Tags:DD LOCAL: KINCASSLAGH AND BURTONPORT PARISH NEWSLETTERlast_img
